Information on the processing of personal data
Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Reg. 2016/679 provide for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
According to the indicated legislation, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

We provide you with the following information.

Place and purpose of data processing
Purposes of the processing for which consent is granted where required (Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/03)

The personal data voluntarily provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:
– administrative-accounting activities, strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships (e.g. acquisition of preliminary information for the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations based on the obligations deriving from concluded contracts, invoices, payments, formalization of requests for information) and possible data transfers abroad even in non-EU countries within the limits of the law;

supply of goods and services and for the protection of credit positions deriving from them;
information activity, for the formalization of requests for information, for the preparation of estimates or offers;
For these purposes, there is no obligation on the part of the owner to request written consent to process the data pursuant to art. 23,24,42,43 of Legislative Decree 196/03.

Types of data processed

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error …) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Synthetic summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services.

Optional supply of data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request the services offered by the company. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

Methods of data processing
Personal data are processed with automated IT tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the data refer have the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code which provides, among others, the right to know the presence of your data and to obtain the cancellation, correction, updating of the data by contacting the Data Controller at the address indicated above.
